**Conducted between the hours of 9:00am-11:30am on weekdays and 10:30am-11:30am on Saturdays ONLY.*** Are you enrolled with NHI with Mount Olive Medical? Schedule your annual physical appointment today! Service MUST be scheduled between the hours of 9:00am-12:00pm. Includes physical examination, fasting labs, mammogram (female), pap smear (female), PSA (male), EKG (if required).
